Dear all,
After being excessively flooded with unwanted messages during several weeks, the ATI forum is finally under control. We now have a new forum, protected and secured.
Picture of Challapampa school in Bolivia
Picture of active any more, but all the messages have been safeguarded and copied in the new one. A new registration is, however, necessary. We are sorry for this inconvenience but the security of our communication is at stake.
You will also discover new forums: about the interest in travelling, the culture shock or environmental issues

The 4 of them are currently in South America. Although in the North pupils have barely left their desk, in the southern hemisphere they are just finishing their summer holiday!
Therefore, farniente is over for Sonia and Manu! As young Bolivians they took the way back to school on March 5th. The first one stood on Sun Island, in Bolivia. Sonia and Manu were welcomed at Challapampa primary school, on Sun Island, in the middle of Titicaca lake, the highest navigable lake in the world! Ramon and the children lead the visit around their original school
The travellers told them about their trip, which started more than a year ago! One can easily imagine the 180 pupils enthusiasm and fascination!
Most of them have already been by boat to the other side of the lake, but only 2 of them know La Paz, the capital city. They are delighted about travelling with us! Its so much different from mathematics!!
Dont hesitate, answer their questions posted on the forum

Thomas and Caro also strolled South American roads. Go with them, through the forum, and discover the whales from Valdez Peninsula
Amazing discoveries and guaranteed excitement!
Because of a lack of knowledge in Spanish language, they met only a few schools but we are now waiting with impatience the story of their visits in Anglophone schools! Indeed, Thomas and Caro change continents. After New Zealand, here they are in Australia
before the next hop into Asia. So many kilometres!

Other travellers leave to achieve their dreams around the world. We will follow them from September on, which is when three other friends will head for Mentawai in Indonesia. Their programme is substantial: analysis of the protection of Orang-Utans, juggling shows and partnerships with schools. Check out our next newsletter! |
