The ATI – TRAVELLER CONTRACT is a written transcription signalling the mutual commitment accepted by the ATI organisation and the ATI Traveller. The goal of this contract is to ensure an effective and productive partnership. If the ATI Traveller, for any reason does not respect the terms of the contract, ATI holds the right to break the partnership unilaterally.
I. ATI’s commitments
1. Aid the ATI Traveller in preparation for his / her trip and give guidance how to use the ATI website tools.
2. Provide the ATI Traveller with a personal page in the Active Travellers section on the ATI website.
3. Help the ATI Traveller establish a partnership with schools before departure.
4. Follow the ATI Traveller’s trip and help edit reports and pictures on his / her personal page in the Active Travellers section on the ATI website.
5. Make the ATI Traveller aware of potential drawbacks associated with travelling, for example ‘Post Trip Depression’ and ‘Backpackers Itch’.
II. Traveller’s commitments
1. Send minimum of two travel reports including pictures per month.
2. Visit a school class in his / her country or country of departure and help this class join the ATI network. Revisit the class once the traveller’s trip is complete.
3. Seek out schools in each country visited and encourage these schools to participate and become a member of the ATI Network.
