ATI CHARTER
1.
ATI is an organisation, which aims to give young pupils the opportunity to get in touch with other pupils in the world, and to develop a pedagogical, creative, and enriching relationship between them.
2. The participation of pupils can be implemented on an individual basis or within an institutional framework i.e. schools or educational organisations.
3. Every person, company, institution or organisation willing to participate actively in ATIs development is greatly welcome, provided that the following principles and values are honoured and acknowledged:
3a. ATI is a non-political, non-religious and independent organisation.
3b. No doctrine can be imposed on the pupils within the ATI network.
3c. ATI encourages: awareness of human sameness despite human diversity; plurality; peace; understanding; tolerance and the constructive use of dialogue.
4. Should the partners of ATI or any member of ATI not acknowledge 3a, 3b and 3c it entails discontinuation of existing partnership or exclusion from the ATI organisation. Applicants to partnership or membership of ATI who refuse to abide these principles or values would encounter a refusal.
5. Pupils are the focal point of ATI. They must therefore be considered as such by every participant in the ATI network. In this relation, ATI acknowledges the

6. ATI is a meeting platform and its bureau a coordination team: ATI can therefore not be held responsible for any problem or disagreement resulting from the direct collaboration between schools, children, institutions and organisations.
7. Every ATI member and partner must sign this chart to officially state their commitment to the principles and values advocated by ATI.
